Asset
Protection (GAP coverage)
When
you finance a
vehicle, you are responsible for paying back the
entire contract, even if the vehicle is involved in an accident and
becomes a “total loss.” Your motor vehicle
insurance will only cover
the total “market value” of the vehicle; not the
total amount of the
loan.
For
example, your
payoff amount is $13,975.27, but at the time of
the accident, the Book Value of the vehicle is only
$11,275.00. Your
insurance provider will only cover $11,275.00, leaving you stuck paying
the additional $2,700.27.

(what you owe the bank)
Actual value: $11,275.00 (what
your insurance will cover)
Difference: $2,700.27

In the event you have an accident resulting in a total loss, the
difference or “GAP” between your loan payoff amount
and the vehicle’s
actual cash

Service Contract

an engine,
transmission, or repairing your drive train can
cost thousands of dollars. It is a known fact that as

more miles, they are more likely to experience severe
breakdown.

extended service contract on
your used vehicle to prepare you for what lies
ahead. Three
years of
protection should cover the vehicle until you are ready to trade it in
for something newer.

extended service
